   Patrick moved to Bequia from his native Jamaica seven years ago, having worked as a chef at Round Hill, one of Jamaica’s most renowned hotels. On Bequia, he has acted as head chef at some of the best restaurants on the island including The Bagatelle at the Bequia Beach Hotel and The Bistro in Port Elizabeth, and has been in constant demand at private houses such as Cassava, Hope Lodge, The Old Fort and Dragonfly, in his role as chef for their guests.

 

      His invaluable network of contacts on both Bequia and St Vincent - which includes the best suppliers of fresh meat, fish and vegetables - means that he is always able to tailor meals to what is freshest and most delicious on any given day. Patrick is just as happy taking daily meal requests from guests as he is crafting his own menus.
